Can I return my shoes?Updated 6 days ago

Bont Cycling offer 30-day returns on all eligible shoes or parts purchased from our online store at shop.bontcycling.com. Any product being returned or exchanged must be in original condition and show no signs of installation of parts or hardware. Follow the instructions below for a fast and hassle-free return or exchange. 

All sales on Closeout shoes are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges are permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law. This policy does not impact our warranty policy.

Closeout model product pages include a checkbox that must be ticked and agreed before the item can be placed into the cart. Please read this information carefully before clicking the box and proceeding with your order.

Returns
All eligible product(s) can be returned for refund or exchange – excluding shipping – within 30 days of being received. 

Once received, refunds and exchanges are generally processed within five working days.

Narrow, wide and Asian fit are part of our normal offering and are available for return. Built to order narrow, wide and Asian fit shoes can be returned as per the eligibility listed below.

Double wide shoes are not available for return or exchange as per the Special Order Returns section below.

Innersoles cannot be returned if used beyond fitting into shoes. Any signs of wear, riding, training etc will deem them illegible for return.

All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Cleat installation, heat moulding, wear of any kind or damage to any product will deem the return ineligible for refund. Return shipping costs and insurance must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately Bont Cycling is unable to accept liability for any damaged, unclaimed, lost or delayed return products.

At Bont Cycling, we have done everything possible to ensure your size selection is the right one. We understand however, that even with our size wizard and size chart, it's not always possible to determine the best fit without trying them on. So, that's why we give you 30 days from receipt to refund your shoes so you can order a different size or color.

To return an item (excluding UK customers), please head to account.bontcycling.com and follow the instructions on screen. Use the Notes section to request refund or exchange. If returning for exchange, please list the new size and width you wish to receive.

All UK customers, please lodge your returns here through our Ezi Returns portal: bontcycling.ezireturns.com.

Once you have filled in all the relevant details, please check your email for all return details. 

For reference, our primary returns centre locations are located in Europe, USA and Australia.

  • Sydney, Australia (Australia, New Zealand and rest of world customers)

If you are unable to locate your order number or you experience any issues with the returns procedure, please email [email protected] and they will be able to assist. 

All products(s) purchased from a retailer or online stockist should be returned to the same retailer or online stockist for refund and or/exchange. Please be advised Bont Cycling cannot process returns purchased outside shop.bontcycling.com.

Closeout Returns

All Closeout sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges are permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law. This policy does not impact our warranty policy.

Special Order Returns

Please be advised any special size request (double wide, double wide Asian fit, flat sole etc), semi and full-custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Special size request, double wide, left-right sizing, semi and full-custom shoes are made to order and cannot be returned into normal Bont Cycling stock. If you believe an error has been made with your order, please email [email protected] with your order number along with the information as listed below and a Bont Cycling team member will reply within 2-3 working days.

Warranty Claim

All Bont Cycling shoe purchases are covered by a warranty period of 12 months from date of receipt to the original owner. Purchases ordered from and delivered to Europe are provided with a 24 month warranty as per EU regulations to the original owner only.
