How long does it take for a custom shoe order to ship, and will I receive tracking information?

If the product you ordered is out of stock, we can offer alternatives in different colors or models at no additional cost. Should these options not meet your satisfaction, we can also provide a full refund.

What should I do if an item from my order is missing upon delivery?

If your order is being returned to our warehouse, perhaps due to uncollected delivery or incorrect shipping details, please confirm your shipping address and contact number. Our team will reship the order once it is received back at the warehouse.

What should I do if my order is being returned to the warehouse?

All our innersoles are removable however, they are shaped to sit firmly inside the shoe. If you are having trouble removing them, simply place a thin object like a butter knife or similar between the shoe and innersole. You can then lever it out.
