Bont Cycling makes every effort to ensure your order is shipped and delivered to your address as quickly as possible by covering the cost of regular duties, customs taxes and import taxes and/or charges.

Be advised, each country handles overseas imports differently and depending on your location, you may be contacted by the relevant customs authority or FedEx to clear and/or pay the relevant taxes applicable to your order.

If this situation does occur, please get in touch immediately via the Contact link at the bottom of the page and include all details of the customs request. Please inform customs and/or the shipping carrier to hold your parcel until further notice. Bont Cycling may request for you to pay the necessary duties and/or taxes to allow your parcel to be delivered and this amount will be refunded off your order.
