Role Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance across both our cycling and rowing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels and Business-to-Business (B2B) operations. You’ll manage online stores, digital advertising, customer lifecycle marketing, and wholesale communication streams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile business environment where the team shares a strong "can-do" attitude, regularly learns new skills, and adapts to evolving responsibilities.

You will work closely with the International Brand Manager and report directly to the Chief Executive. While we ideally seek someone Sydney-based who can work from our Crows Nest office, the role will ultimately go to the candidate who best matches the demands and culture of the business.

Key Responsibilities


Ecommerce Management (DTC & B2B)

  • Manage and optimise multiple Shopify DTC storefronts across regions.
  • Support and improve the B2B / wholesale portal, dealer ordering experience, and product visibility.
  • Manage product setup, inventory presentation, collections, and merchandising for both retail consumers and trade partners.
  • Conduct regular store audits to improve UX, speed, navigation, and conversion for all customer groups.
  • Implement A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
  • Handle timely DTC and B2B fulfilment.


Digital Advertising

  • Plan, build, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for DTC.
  • Manage and scale Google Ads across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Support B2B marketing initiatives including launch announcements, dealer acquisition campaigns.
  • Monitor ROAS, CPA, and key performance metrics.


Email & Lifecycle Marketing (DTC & B2B)

  • Build and manage Klaviyo flows and campaigns.
  • Create segmentation for retail customers, ambassadors, partners, and wholesale accounts.
  • Develop content calendars and automated journeys.
  • Analyse performance and optimise for engagement and revenue.


Account & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with internal teams, distributors and retail partners.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, product updates, and dealer communications.
  • Support alignment between DTC and B2B priorities. 


Content, Copywriting & Communication

  • Write product descriptions, emails, ad creative, dealer announcements.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone across consumer and trade touchpoints.
  • Assist in creation of sales collateral and educational content.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong experience with Shopify DTC and B2B environments.
  • Proven ability with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Advanced Klaviyo experience.Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytics capability.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in an agile, fast-changing environment. 


Bonus Skills

  • Social media planning and management.
  • Event or expo experience.
  • Passion for cycling and rowing.
