Purchases made through our website can be returned for refund or exchange as per our Returns Policy, which you should familiarise yourself with prior to making a purchase.

To keep things simple, if you're buying a pair of shoes from the "Closeout" section, these sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

You will be required to click a checkbox that says "I understand this item is ineligible for return per Bont Cycling's returns policy." prior to the item being placed into the cart.

No refunds, returns or exchanges are permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law. This policy does not impact our warranty policy.
