Can I return my shoes?
Bont Cycling offer 30-day returns on any full price shoes or parts purchased from our online store at shop.bontcycling.com. Any product being returned or exchanged must be in original condition and show no signs of installation of parts or hardware. Follow the instructions below for a fast and hassle-free return or exchange.
All full-priced product(s) are eligible for return and refund – excluding shipping – within 30 days of being received.
Once received, refunds are generally processed within five working days.
Narrow, wide and Asian fit are part of our normal offering and are available for return. Built to order narrow, wide and Asian fit shoes can be returned as per the eligibility listed below.
Double wide shoes are not available for return or exchange as per the Special Order Returns section below.
All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Cleat installation, heat moulding, wear of any kind or damage to any product will deem the return ineligible for refund. Return shipping costs and insurance must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately Bont Cycling is unable to accept liability for any damaged, unclaimed, lost or delayed return products.
At Bont Cycling, we have done everything possible to ensure your size selection is the right one. We understand however, that even with our size wizard and size chart, it's not always possible to determine the best fit without trying them on. So, that's why we give you 30 days from receipt to refund your shoes so you can order a different size or color.
For orders placed before October 1st, please follow the return instructions found on your order original order confirmation email PDF or please email email@example.com and they will be able to assist.
For orders placed after October 1st, please follow the instructions below.
To return an item, please head to returns.bontcycling.com and follow the instructions on screen.
Once you have filled in all the relevant details, you will be provided with a return authorisation number (RA number) and a PDF with the returns address for you to place on your return.
For reference, our primary returns centre locations are located in Europe, USA and Australia.

If you are unable to locate your order number or you experience any issues with the returns procedure, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be able to assist.
All products(s) purchased from a retailer or online stockist should be returned to the same retailer or online stockist for refund and or/exchange. Please be advised Bont Cycling cannot process returns purchased outside shop.bontcycling.com.
For customers in the UK returning their shoes to our EU returns centre in the Netherlands, to avoid paying duties on the return, we recommend shipping the shoes back as a gift with a value of €10 / £10.
Returns of shoes from our Closeout or factory seconds section or any reduced price item will incur a return handling fee of $15.
As per our returns policy, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any Closeout or sale item goods to the nearest warehouse in addition to shipment of replacement product(s). Please be advised we recommend you take up insurance when returning any products as Bont Cycling cannot be held responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged or delayed items.
Once received, checked and processed, refunds are generally provided within five working days.
Special Order Returns
Please be advised any special size request (double wide, double wide Asian fit, flat sole etc), semi and full-custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Special size request, left-right sizing, semi and full-custom shoes are made to order and cannot be returned into normal Bont Cycling stock. If you believe an error has been made with your order, please email email@example.com with your order number along with the information as listed below and a Bont Cycling team member will reply within 2-3 working days.
